Join us for a Family Ministry Potluck dinner on Saturday, November 19th from 4-6. In order to have enough of each type of food, please visit the blog to sign up for what you will be bringing. Also our community service project for this month is 2 parts:
1. Carroll Food Sunday is in need of donations of nutritious, non-perishable food that you would serve to your own family. Here is their wish list:
We ask that each family bring a dish and a drink to share. Sign up here:2. Help Animals by Donating to Kibble Connection - The Maryland SPCA collects donated pet food and kitty litter in unopened containers for Meals on Wheels to deliver to local homebound clients with pets. Maryland SPCA volunteers and staff load the food and take it to the Community Support Services for the Deaf, where it is sorted and assembled into convenient packages for Meals on Wheels clients. It is then distributed with the meals. Kibble Connection helps ensure that Meals on Wheels clients and their pets maintain good nutrition. We're running low again on kitty litter and cat food, both wet and dry.
